Learning to be in partnership with each other can be very difficult at times. Through my therapy with couples, I hope to create a space that honors each partner and their unique perspective. PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH
I have a certification and continue to receive ongoing training for individuals and couples who struggle with perinatal mental health concerns. This includes prenatal and postpartum mood disorders, infertility, traumatic birth experiences, and relational concerns after a baby is brought home. This population is very close to my heart, and I have a commitment to helping individuals and couples through these difficult times in their lives.
